Per Curiam: Appellant appeals from the district court's orders granting Defendants' motions for Fed. R. Civ. P. 11 sanctions and awarding monetary sanctions. We have reviewed the record and the district court's opinions and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we deny leave to proceed in forma pauperis and dismiss on the reasoning of the district court. Dedes v. Page, No. CA-94-186 (E.D. Va. July 26, 1994; Aug. 18, 1995). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
