Appellant Ambrosio DeLeon was prosecuted for offenses during a criminal episode spanning eight years and comprising aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault, and indecency with a child. After a jury finding of guilty, he received concurrent sentences of imprisonment for offenses committed before September 1, 1997, and consecutive sentences of imprisonment for offenses committed after that date. In a single issue, appellant challenges the trial courts application of sentencing rules. We will affirm the trial courts judgments.
